Clara Fulks
Clara is a digital ethicist and consultant specializing in AI safety and information integrity, based in San Luis Obispo, California. Clara has worked as a researcher, advisor, and analyst specializing in the ethical, sociotechnical, and geopolitical dimensions of emerging technologies. She has led projects addressing influence operations, disinformation, digital privacy, geopolitical risk, and election interference, with a focus on how technology shapes social and democratic systems. Her experience includes work with major US technology firms, the UK National Cyber Security Centre, and various US government entities.
Clara holds an MSc in Speech & Language Processing from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA in Linguistics from San Diego State University.
